1969-1973:  Marcus started gigging in Germany in jazz and soul bands on US military installations and German night clubs.

1973-1976:  Played in local Disco and dance bands in the Capital Region.

1976-1982:  5 years in USAF military field band at McGuire AFB, NJ
1982-2020:  Marcus has since performed and/or recorded locally with Cole Broderick, Nite Train, Soul Provider, Donna Tritico Band, NY Blues Asylum,
Doc Orloff, Larry Gravette, Lustre Kings, Joe Montapare Band, Power Funk, many others. Marcus joined Nite Train in 2003 on the saxophone
and then doubled on keyboards and saxophone and was a key musical contributor on Nite Train’s “Best Man” CD. He also appears on the
Nite Train’s latest E.P. “Cat on a Mission”.
